DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality. All items are quality checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.
We are more than happy to fix a fault or damaged item. If you have any concerns with faulty or damaged items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information and pictures.
We don't offer refunds for the incorrect choice.
Artium Sport will happily exchange (other colour or model) if the item has never been used and still has its original tag and dust bag.
No replacements for bags that are older than 3 months OR are 'well loved.'
It is made of fabric which makes it durable and flexible, but not indestructible.
ARRANGING YOUR RETURN
Send a detailed description with photographic evidence of why your item is being returned. We will confirm if the return of the product is suitable and send you a 'Returns Form.'
The returned item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, and in its original packaging
Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
The 'Returns Form' and the product must be sent via a registered postal service.
Please provide us with the tracking number.
Once the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item/s.
The shipping costs incurred for returning items for an exchange are not covered by Artium Sport.
Only those items confirmed as ‘faulty’ and ‘returned’ will have any incurred shipping costs refunded.We can only accept items purchased on our website artiumsport.com. If you purchased your item at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the stockist in which you purchased the item from for further assistance.
