We offer a flat rate of $10 domestic shipping around Australia

All domestic orders will be registered with Australia Post and we will provide each customer with a tracking order.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within this frame time. This is an estimated delivery time and should be used as a guide only. Please also note that this time commences the date of dispatch (you will receive an email). Artium Sport DOES NOT hold any responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please also note that if you do choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, you will be responsible for paying a $20 return fee. This will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. 

Please allow 24 hours for us to process all orders and for you to receive a tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.

Artium Sport is not liable for wrong information given to us. It is important that all of your details are correct. If you do not provide the right shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
